Helpful Tips for Managing Stress

With finals just around the corner, and the semester coming to a close it can be a very stressful time here at UConn. With that being said it is important to remember to take some time out to relax and unwind between all those study sessions. Here are some stress relieving tips and on campus activities to help you power through this semester without getting completely stressed out.

Wellness and Prevention Services will be offering the following de-stress events over the next couple weeks you should check out:

-Free Yoga: April 24th & May 1st

-Pet Therapy: April 25th in the Health Education Office

Knitting Group 

You can also always stop by the Relaxation Station in the Health and Wellness Office!
